Yoga Classes, 1:1/Private and Retreats

I teach weekly daytime and evening Hatha Yoga classes in the Barnet area and I run weekend yoga retreats.

I am also available for private groups and 1:1 yoga, specialising in tailored programmes to address postural and biomechanical issues, relieve stress and aid safe practice in yoga classes. Contact me to discuss your requirements.
