Registered with the CNHC for Sports Massage and Gold Member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA)
I am a fully qualified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist at the highest level (BTEC Level 5), having trained at the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM), one of the most respected massage schools in the UK.
Treatment is for both athletes and non-athletes, and my clients range from office and manual workers through to sport and the world of music, acting and dance. Using a toolkit of techniques for soft tissue release and re-training, it is ideal for injury prevention and post-injury rehabilitation as well as for general maintenance of health, and can be used to address the symptoms associated with a variety of conditions including (but not limited to):
- Muscle tension e.g. back, neck, shoulders and lower back pain
- Muscle strains
- Pre-event preparation and post-training/event recovery
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Runners’ Knee (IT Band Syndrome)
- Pain relief for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
- Tendonitis and tendinopathy including Tennis/Golfers’ Elbow
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Rotator Cuff injuries
I now also offer low level laser therapy, a non-invasive protocol for the treatment of soft tissue injury, inflammation and pain. Should this be appropriate, there is no additional charge.
I am now at the final stages of studying for the Advanced Clinical Diploma in Integrated Myofascial Therapy with MFR UK. Myofascial Release is a specialised physical and manual therapy used for the effective treatment and rehabilitation of deep soft tissue and fascial aches, pains, tension and restrictions, helping to store function and range by working with the connective tissue which exists in a complex network throughout the body. I combine these techniques with traditional remedial massage according to the needs of the client.
What I feel sets me apart from many therapists is that I am able to give a fully-rounded service combining these techniques with many years’ experience in teaching yoga and training athletes, covering hands-on therapy with appropriate exercises and homecare to support recovery and maintenance.
For new clients, I offer a free telephone consultation in advance of booking a first appointment.
60-min (£60) and 30-min (£45) treatments are available at my clinic in Barnet. Extra charges apply for treatment at your choice of venue, depending on distance. To book, contact me.

I also practice at the renowned Ashdown Clinic in Potters Bar, by arrangement. To book, contact the clinic on 01707 659978.
