We now all have new routines: eg extended periods of sitting, or new or different exercise. I am offering free short online classes specifically for my therapy clients, focused on helping to keep your soft tissue in shape during lockdown:
- Key dos and don’ts and how to change your routines safely
- Exercises for that balance of strength and flexibility which helps prevent injury
- A bit of self-treatment where possible will also be covered.
You do not need any experience (yoga, pilates etc) to join these classes. All you need is a mat, a resistance band if you have one (or substitute eg scarf/dressing gown cord/yoga belt) and a blanket or towel.

Whilst face-to-face treatment is suspended due to Covid-19, I am also offering a FREE 15-min online consultation to my clients to help with issues you may have, including self-treatment where possible, exercises and any other relevant advice. Contact me to book a slot.
Further consultations will be based on 50% of your usual rate and the time involved.
