Welcome to BodySenseYoga.  I have more than eight years' experience of teaching Hatha Yoga together with further specialist skills in anatomy, bodywork and yoga for athletes, coaching both individuals and teams in class setting and on a 1:1 basis.

 

The emphasis in my work is on: 

I teach weekly yoga classes in the Barnet area, private groups and 1:1.  Sports coaching can take place at the venue most appropriate to your training.
